American DebtWorks, Inc., is a collections company that specializes in check collection, debt collection, i.e. credit card or stores owed account and also has a unique good check writer membership program suited for merchants to be cost free and increases profit and reduces bad checks and dead money. There are shareholders and has shares in additional companies. We also have Smallstock, which is for the investor in business trying to go public or needs a business plan. We are also developing a training site for POS personnel and some management. We do in house collections including Hard Money. We have a patent pending on our unique ChekXcept Card which is the staple of the sub company ChekXcept. This is a collection company with great interest in checks. We currently collect on some large company accounts like ShopRite, ShurSave, Cramers.
